| Like the
filter elements, the filter housings are also
optimally tailored for industrial use. In the inner
chamber , the flow of air is routed by means of an
optimum flow pattern in such a way that turbulence
does not even occur. This reduces the differential
pressure across the filter and you operating costs.

Cost-effectiveness -
as you can see!
All our filter housings feature an econometer as
standard equipment. This tells you, on the basis of
the differential pressure across the filter, when it
will be economical - and therefore necessary - to
change the filter element. Another no-cost extra: an
efficient condensate drain.
Reliable. With
certainty.
The three-piece design of the filter housings and
the double O-ring sealing system on the filter
elements simplify installation and filter changing.
And guarantee maximum operating reliability. A special
housing-seal design permits incorporation of an
acoustic alarm signal, preventing incorrect handling.
We know what you
need.
Ultimately, the nature of the particular
application decides what type of filter housing you
will use. There are three different basic types: The
super light aluminium housing, ideally suitable for
flow rates from 10 to 2880 m3(s.t.p)/h and
pressures up to 16 bar. A quick-change screw fit makes
filter changing exceptionally easy. Flange-fitted
steel housings are recommended for higher flow rates.
They are type-tested and TŰV (Technical
Supervisory Authority) approved. For use in the
high-pressure field, ultrafilter manufactures special
filter housings fro various pressure ranges. These can
be operated at up to 400 bar. The
solution. Systematically.
ultrafilter components are system solutions. Which
means: The performance and dimensions of our filter
elements and housings are perfectly matched to the
flow rates and connection dimensions of compressors,
after-coolers and dryers. Their parameters fulfill the
needs of central and decentralised compressed air
treatment systems and ultrafilter has even greater
capabilities. In addition to the filters for
compressed air purification described here, our range
also includes sterile and process filters for
compressed air, other gases and liquids. Just have a
word with your ultrafilter engineer. He has the right
tailor-made system solution, with all the components
carefully and cost-effectively harmonised with one
another, ready for you. Please
