Compressors driven by a single phase motor, to plug in and use. Full enclosure for total safety of the user, and to convey fresh air across the cast iron cylinder.

Belt Driven Portable Aluminium Compressors

Slower running compressors, for extended life.
Two cylinders, available with three phase or single phase motor. All cylinders have cast iron liners inside: great cooling characteristics for the aluminium, together with the strength and durability of the cast iron.
Moving parts are all completely enclosed for total safety of operation.

Including:

• pressure switch with on/off button;

• handle and wheels;

• air filter/pressure regulator with gauge;

• pressure gauge for receiver pressure;

• drain valve;

• check valve;

• safety valve;

• power cable (with 3 pin plug on single phase units);

• DOL starter and motor overload protection (three phase).
  

Receiver Mounted Cast Iron Compressors - HEAVY DUTY

100% rugged cast iron construction: the strength needed to operate under arduous and demanding duties even in the toughest shop environment, with minimum maintenance. The standard lubricated compressors are available at two pressure ratings: 11 and 14 bar.
Oil-free air is also available from the following two series:
Non-lube: no oil in the cylinder: Teflon rings and crossheads are used; the oil in the crankcase is kept from leaking in the cylinders by pressurised chambers.
Oilless: completely dry compressors, no oil anywhere; state-of-the-art materials and components allow 100% duty cycle; no standard maintenance is required.
The scope of supply of each series is comprehensive; many optional accessories are also available.

Base Mounted Cast Iron Compressors - HEAVY DUTY

All receiver mounted units are also available without receiver, whenever this is a preferred solution.
Also available as base mounted packages, we offer another specialised range:
High Pressure: lubricated compressors for high pressure applications up to 345 bar, with the same strength and durability typical of the lower pressures. Various combinations of pressure and flow are available.

Executive Lubricant

All lubricated units up to 16 bar are supplied filled with Executive Lubricant Ecoair, a synthetic fluid specifically formulated to project and preserve your compressor.
With its outstanding formulation, Executive Lubricant enables you to run 2000 hours of service between changes (instead of the usual 500). And there is a further great benefit: all compressors started and running with Executive Lubricant enjoy a 3 years warranty period (or 42 months from shipment).
